What Is Our Success Rate?
We don’t take every client on. We do an initial review of their history, and decide which ones have a good chance of going the short sale route. But of those we do accept, our success rate is over 70%.
How Does It All Work?
All you have to do is identify a potential short sale prospect, explain to them what a short sale is, tell them to expect to hear from me and give me a call. We’ll exchange some preliminary information, and we’ll take it from there. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
How Will I Know What Progress You’re Making?
MDS has its own system for tracking your short sale. Every time we have a significant conversation with the lender’s negotiator, we create an entry in a log file in our system.
